Angel hand ---- Hutchison West Point Development Training
Foreword: A successful symphony is made up of many notes, and each of us is like one of them. If one is out of tune, you can't play a beautiful piece. Based on some problems existing in the Zhongtian Wancheng Company after the team integration, we decided to organize an experiential development training to enhance the team's initiative, thinking and cooperation. Enhancing trust, strengthening execution, team efficiency, and organizational cohesion are the goals our team has been pursuing and striving to achieve.
The day before departure, I specially watched the weather forecast, saying that it was raining heavily. We communicated with the partners about the preparation plan. The next day (Saturday, September 1st), we still set off! The car is screaming, we are looking forward to the direction...
Because the driver was not familiar with the route, our time was late, and some colleagues began to float in this hot weather. When I arrived at the destination, it was a lot late. After passing the ice-breaking game and the team show, we divided into two teams, one "Xichong Flying Tigers", the slogan was "Xichong Feihu, we are mighty"; a guerrilla The team, the slogan is "more than enough, the eagle hits the sky." So we started a day of training.
In the morning, under the shade of the trees, an ice-breaking trip. Shouting slogans and playing small games is quite pleasing. After each small game, the instructor’s instructions are heard, and our response is awkward. We began to touch, our passion was ignited, began to understand the development of professional growth, and began to understand the corporate culture. In a blink of an eye, lunch, sorting out the queue, we started lunch after a powerful song of "Unity is power." Perhaps, by this time, some partners will think that this morning has been mixed up, is it too easy? ! The real challenge started in the afternoon...
In the afternoon, the jigsaw puzzle, a merger team was divided into seven working groups, simulating different departments in the enterprise, and completing a series of complicated tasks through the team, we were defeated across the board. We carefully rethink our self. In the team, we must learn to communicate, cooperate, share information, and allocate resources. Maximizing value due to sharing is the biggest feeling!
The next challenge, the hand of the angel, when we stand under the steel cable bridge of 5 or 6 meters high, we know that this is the beginning of the game! The hand of an angel, a beautiful name, has a different meaning. Only when two people hold hands, can they walk together. There are those who don’t let go of the pillars, and they cry and say no, they don’t dare to go forward, but there will always be a warm and powerful hand holding you from beginning to end. Someone said softly and firmly. When there is me, there is a kind of fearlessness that spreads out from the bottom of my heart. Every step taken is no longer helpless. It turns out that we can too!
Graduating the wall, after finishing this, means that our expansion today will be completed smoothly. Look at the high walls, plus the strict requirements of the instructors so that we can't see hope, we can't use tools, we can't talk, we can't let go of glasses, we have to go through the rules, time is not counted, and time still needs us. We will control ourselves. Within 40 minutes of our own booking, all of us must turn over all of us. Otherwise, all of us have to climb out and go out without any tools. Only the body, wisdom, cooperation, and courage of the students turned over the 4.5-meter-high strength. We began to feel discouraged... In four minutes, we decided on the basic ladder type, selected the forwards and defenders, and had no time to discuss specific strategies. The whistle sounded, and the action began. The boys who were strong and solid were set up as ladders. Others raised their hands and held up a protected sky. Due to the failure of the strategy, everyone is anxious, and the rules are naturally forgotten. Therefore, the game is terminated several times in succession, come back, come back, and come back again. Our heart gradually becomes serious and heavy. Everyone's physical strength is obviously falling rapidly, and some people are really unable to go on, so other boys quickly add. Sticking to the ladder, we feel that everyone is shaking slightly, and there is a painful whisper that can't help but grieve. When the instructor let us stop and face the ladder formed by the boys, it was an inexplicable pain from the bottom of my heart. The back of our back against the wall, the wet clothes, the sand-stained shoulders, so stinging everyone’s eyes. The instructor’s ruthless but real word is more like a needle, so we can’t breathe. No one speaks, once after a timeout, finally, there are girls who can't help but cry out, many girls' tears are rushing down, and the tears of the boys next to them sink into the bottom of their hearts, or they have fallen into the dust, it is not important. But they are all so precious! Sometimes tears are not weak, it represents the most real shock and moving in the depths of the heart...
End: The game is no longer a game, it has become a belief. Even if it is bleeding, raise your head and unfold your arms, we have to work together to complete the climb. Not giving up is our common oath and commitment to each other. When the last person is safely overstepped, cheers, applause, and crying, the moment of touching is worth cherishing for a lifetime!
The significance of teamwork is not only how well people do things, but its great role is that group actions can achieve achievements that individuals cannot accomplish independently; common goals, not necessarily anywhere, can motivate every member to work hard, in distress Redefining to unite the spirit and strength of the team; honor and disgrace, life and death are the effective appeal of team spirit training; common values and common goals, especially the honor code, are the basis of teamwork. This is our day's harvest!
We will surely remember that the early autumn, the sweat we flowed together, the tears that flowed together. You clenched my hand and I embraced you affectionately. In that hot season, at some point, our heart was as blue as the sky, pure, warm and long.
The car engine is booming, my colleagues are really cute...
Postscript: In this activity, many colleagues gave feedback to the company, although the whole body will be sore in the next week, especially the boys, one by one red and swollen shoulders, hanging the "color" injury. But we feel the power of collective solidarity and the strength of the team. Only by integrating our own small forces into the collective can we get the most out of it.
